  • Supply and installation of solar panels, inverters, and batteries
  • Net metering assistance
  • Government subsidy processing support
  • After-sales service and maintenance

All services are subject to site feasibility and technical approval.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for a limited period (as mentioned in the proposal).
  • Prices may vary due to changes in government policies, material cost, or site conditions.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed after site inspection.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
  • Remaining balance must be paid as per agreed payment schedule.
  • Delay in payment may result in project delay or suspension.

4. Government Subsidy

  • Subsidy approval is subject to government eligibility and documentation.
  • The company does not guarantee subsidy approval.
  • Any delay from government authorities is beyond the company’s control.

5. Installation & Timeline

  • Installation timelines may vary depending on site readiness, weather conditions, and regulatory approvals.
  • The customer must provide safe and unobstructed roof access.

6. Warranty

  • Solar panels and inverters carry manufacturer warranty.
  • Installation workmanship warranty will be provided as per agreement.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shikhar Solar Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

  • Power grid failure
  • Government policy changes
  • Natural disasters
  • Customer negligence

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of local courts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before material dispatch.
  • Advance payment may be partially refundable after deducting administrative and site visit charges.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Once material is dispatched, cancellation may not be allowed.
  • Any approved cancellation may be subject to restocking charges.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Warranty Policy

  • Solar Panels: 10–12 years product warranty (as per manufacturer)
  • Performance Warranty: Up to 25 years (as per manufacturer)
  • Inverter Warranty: 5–10 years (depending on brand)
  • Battery Warranty: As per manufacturer terms

Warranty claims must be supported with invoice and installation documents.

Disclaimer

  • Solar power generation depends on sunlight availability and weather conditions.
  • Estimated savings are projections and may vary.
  • The company is not responsible for changes in government regulations or subsidy schemes.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability.
  • Any delay due to transportation or third-party logistics is beyond company control.
  • Customer must verify material condition at the time of delivery.
